PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toroidal-type continuously variable transmission capable of increasing the number of rolling bodies constituting a bearing means inserted between an input shaft and an input side disc without increasing the size of the bearing means. SOLUTION: This toroidal-type continuously variable transmission is provided with a driving shaft for transmitting rotation force from a driving source, the input side disc connected with the input shaft for receiving rotation force from a driving shaft and rotating integrally with the input shaft, an output side disc for receiving rotation force of the input side disc at a predetermined speed change ratio through a power roller provided between the input side disc and it, and the bearing means 6A inserted between the input shaft and the input side disc. The bearing means 6A is composed of a circular ring-like cage 200 and a plurality of rolling bodies 202 supported rotatably on the cage 200.
