PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable counter-bored hole drilling from a rear face side of a lens without complicating a spectacle lens machining device or increasing the size of the device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a drilling means having a drilling tool for drilling a hole on the lens held on a lens holding shaft from one face side, a data input means for inputting a lens shape data and hole position data, each holding member mounted on two lens holding shafts to hold the lens by the two lens holding shafts and replaceable by each of the lens holding shafts to hold a refraction surface of the lens inversely in the longitudinal direction, a means for designating a rear face machining mode for performing drilling from the rear face of the lens, and a drilling control means reversing the hole position data in a left and right direction when designating the rear face machining mode and performing the counter-bored hole drilling from the rear face of the lens by controlling the drilling means based on the reversed hole position data.
