PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to adjust an imaging angle of an X-ray diagnostic apparatus to an appropriate observation angle easily. SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic mechanism 200 changes an imaging angle of an X-ray projection image within a first coordinate system. A three-dimensional image is generated on the basis of information regarding a subject P collected by another modality, and a control section 12 presents the image by displaying it on a three-dimensional display section 9. An observation angle of the three-dimensional image in a second coordinate system is then specified and is inputted to the control section 12 via an input section 11, and the control section 12 converts the specified observation angle to an observation angle within the first coordinate system. The control section 12 presents to a user the observation angle acquired through conversion by displaying the acquired observation angle on the three-dimensional display section 9.
