PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for loading flexible pot seedling boxes enabling curving a plurality of pot seedling boxes to the inside and loading on one transportation device from a raising seedling place of pot seedlings, and enabling in the condition loading on a transportation vehicle and stacking transportation devices on a plurality of stages so as to transport many pot seedling boxes from the raising seedling place to a rice transplanting field by one time transportation, and preventing travel wind when traveling through curving raised seedlings to the inside and sticking the seedlings to each other, and to provide the transportation device. SOLUTION: This method for loading the flexible pot seedling boxes comprises curving the flexible pot seedling boxes to a U shape form, setting a U shape curved surface on a self-supporting surface and a self-supporting surface of a vertical plate in an L shape form, and making the curved surface self-supporting so as to let the edge part of the short side of the pot seedling box contact with the vertical plate. A back plate to be a surface which nearly comes into contact with the reverse of the pot seedling box is set on the vertical plate, and a regulatory plate which blocks interval of seedling space is set from the reverse of the pot seedling box on the back plate so as to prevent horizontal movement of the pot seedling boxes and spread of the seedling box itself.
