Duct e.g. air duct (5) has a folding aid (6) for targeted and positioned folding of the duct. The duct is provided with an insertion aid whereby the duct is designed elastically area wise. The duct has areas of different elasticity whereby elasticity is higher in the area of target folding position than in the adjacent area. An independent claim is also included for assembling a duct.
