<p>A system that analyzes alarm logs outputted by a management server of a communication network; evaluates abnormality degrees of the communication network, going back to upper-order factors that cause alarms; and then detects a trouble of the communication network in accordance with an objective reference. The system comprises a 500-upper-order-factors occurrence intensity calculating means that analyzes record contents of alarms, thereby calculating the occurrence intensities of 500 upper-order factors causing the alarms; an occurrence intensity probability distribution calculating means that calculates a probability distribution of the occurrence intensities of 500 upper-order factors during a normal state of the communication network; an abnormality degree calculating means that calculates, as an abnormality degree, a probabilistic deviation from the probability distribution of the occurrence intensities of the 500 upper-order factors during the normal state of the communication network with respect to the calculated occurrence intensities of the 500 upper-order factors; and a trouble detecting means that compares the abnormality degree with a predetermined threshold value, thereby detecting a trouble of the communication network. Thus, the system calculates, from the alarm occurrence record, the occurrence intensities of upper-order factors having caused alarms, and uses the occurrence intensities of 500 upper-order factors to detect a trouble of the communication network.</p> |
