The adapter is of a cylindrical shape with a slightly concave central area. The insertion areas at the outer ends are long enough for holding a short stretch of the cylindrical part of the syringes for stabilization. The insertion space continues in an asymmetrical shape towards the center in order to facilitate the joining of a syringe with the pointed part located off center. The central duct accommodated inside the concave segment can be fitted with rigid or flexible inner projections which can be permanently or removable attached.
