Hinge plate has pivot axis, frame part with joint hinge (14) and associated seat element (1) on which to hang the frame and which has front and back clamping surfaces (4) forming a clamping gap (5) and clamping screws. The joint hinge is made of flat material and is fitted with recesses (11) pointing outwards to the pivot axis, which surround the clamping screws at an interval. In the clamping gap is a base plate (6) which has the same or slightly shorter height than the width of one of the recesses on the joint hinge and which is height-adjustably situated in the clamping gap.
