The invention relates to an electrode carrier device which can take the form of a vest and which is designed to apply a plurality of electrodes against an individual's torso. The inventive device comprises: an element (1) which is made from an elastic material and which is configured such that it can be attached to the person's torso; a plurality of perforations (2) which extend through the elastic material and which are configured to house electrodes; and a plurality of elastic strips (3) on an external surface of the aforementioned elastic element (1), which cover the perforations (2).
