Therein, the method of the present invention includes: after the service is enabled, the call center client sends the request message to the user interface server for establishing connection; after receiving the connection request message, the user interface server assigns the corresponding connection identifier to each enabled service and sends the response message; in the message interacted between the call center client and the user interface server, the connection identifier corresponding to the service and the interface identifier corresponding to the application program interface called to process the present message is carried, and the interaction message is recorded respectively according to the connection identifier carried in the message; the recorded message is analyzed, and the information of the application program interface called by each service is acquired according to the application program interface name which corresponds to the interface identifier obtained from each message.</p>
