PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve transmission of clear speech having noise canceled, between passengers inside an automobile or between a passenger and a person who are outside of the automobile. SOLUTION: Noise spectrums of noise which may be generated within a cab of the automobile in various running states are preliminarily estimated and made into a database. During running of the automobile, sounds inside the automobile are collected by a microphone, and the running speed is detected by a sensor. A noise spectrum corresponding to the present running speed is subtracted from an in-automobile sound spectrum of sounds in the automobile, and a sound signal, obtained from a spectrum resulting from the subtraction, is transmitted out of the automobile by radio, as in-automobile sounds having the noise eliminated therefrom.
