摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit in which recovery loss is reduced by crossing the switching of an MOSFET as a main switching element and an MOSFET as a synchronous rectification element while preventing a large through current from flowing. SOLUTION: The switching circuit comprising a high side MOSFET 1 as a main switching element and a low side MOSFET 20 as a synchronous rectification element is further provided with a first current detection means for detecting a current flowing through the low side MOSFET 20, and a second current detection means for detecting a current flowing through a parasitic diode 9 of the low side MOSFET 20. A dead time is set such that both a through current detected by the first current detection means and a recovery current detected by the second current detection means decrease, and a gate signal for the high side MOSFET 1 and the low side MOSFET 20 is output.
