PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device in which a microphone is appropriately isolated from signal interference. SOLUTION: The communication device includes: a cover (12A); a printed circuit board (104); a microphone (112) on the printed circuit board; an antenna disposed in at least a part of the cover; and a RF shield can (120) shaped to fit over the microphone (112) about a PCB (printed circuit board). In the device, the cover (12A) is shaped to enclose the PCB (104) and the RF shield can (120).
