PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized X-ray beam treating device wherein a work for optical axis adjustment is simple and automatization of the optical axis adjustment is easy. SOLUTION: This X-ray beam treating device 1A has a crystal holder 3 for supporting the first crystal block 2a and the second crystal block 2b for diffracting an X-ray at a prescribed diffraction angle; and a motor 4 capable of rotating the crystal holder 3 around the axis X1 orthogonal to a face including each optical axis of X-rays R1, R2, R3, and supporting the crystal holder 3 in the fixed state in its rotation range. The crystal holder 3 supports the two crystal blocks 2a, 2b in the fixed state in the state where mutual angles are adjusted so that X-ray diffraction is generated in both of the first crystal block 2a and the second crystal block 2b. Each optical axis adjustment of the two crystal blocks 2a, 2b is executed only by performing one-axis rotation of the crystal holder 3 around the axis X1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
