PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable three-dimensional shape measurement which dispenses with the repetition of movement, setting and calibration. SOLUTION: The system includes cameras 11a, 11b, measurement devices 1a, 1b with total stations (TS) 13a, 13b, and a controller 3. The controller 3 acquires data that reference points A, B are measured by the TS 13a, 13b; conducts calibration that determines the photographing positions of cameras 1a, 1b; acquires image data that the camera 11a, 11b substantially and simultaneously has photographed a predetermined object respectively; produces the three-dimensional data of the object based on the acquired image data and the photographing positions of the cameras 11a, 11b; compares the produced three-dimensional data with reference data; and provides outputs responding a result of the comparison.
