PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a more comfortable residential environment by grasping the sunshine conditions at the desired time through a whole year for the general shape of buildings of under planning or under construction as well as existing building, as far as the view and condition of the spot can be seen regardless of the season, twilight or the weather from the observation spot, though proposals regarding the sunshine hours are already proposed but for the general person, to grasp the sunshine conditions of a specific spot through the four seasons is difficult, because the most proposals are higher grade in the constructions, methods of operation, or prices and not always simple. SOLUTION: The solution is obtained by following the fundamental principle of a solar clock i.e. when seeing the needle tip from the shaded position, the "object" seen is the cause of forming the shade. If the time is given, the sunshine condition can be grasped. The device for observation of the sunshine is constituted such that the needle tip is seen from an orbit side through a simple telescopic tube by replacing the locus of the shade of the needle tip by an orbit.
