PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bleaching agent article excellent in dripping-proofness and clogging-proofness without substantially using no anionic surfactant, and excellent in cleansing performance and foamability. SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching agent article is such that (A) a liquid bleaching agent composition comprising (a) hydrogen peroxide, (b) a nonionic surfactant, (c) a phenolic solvent, (d) a boron compound, (e) water and (f) an anionic surfactant in specific proportions is housed in (B) a discharge container equipped with a trigger-type sprayer that discharges the composition A in foams.
