PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation hair dyeing composition that can suppress the color tone change on the hair dyeing even after long-term storage of the oxidation hair dyeing composition prepared by adding an alkali agent to the dye. SOLUTION: The hair-dyeing composition comprises (A) an oxidation dye, (B) an alkali agent, (C) the first hair-dyeing agent including an antioxidant, (D) the second hair-dyeing agent including an oxidizing agent wherein the first hair-dyeing agent is naringenin, and (E) a flavonoid such as hesperetin.
