PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial flow turbine preventing mismatch of blade geometrical inlet angles of a turbine blade and working fluid flow in angles of the turbine blade. SOLUTION: In this axial flow turbine, geometrical inlet anglesαα<SB>3geor</SB>,α<SB>3geot</SB>of a blade root part 12 and a blade tip part 13 are reduced toward respective blade heightwise center part 16 when a blade 15 of the turbine is divided into blade root part 12, the blade heightwise center part 16 and the tip part 13.
