PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an untitheft tool for reducing the number of part items without being bulky by reducing weight, having the positioning function of a commodity, capable of easily returning to an original exhibition place after taking and looking at by hand, without damaging or destructing the peripheral other object, and without producing a metallic sound. SOLUTION: This antitheft tool has a first fixing sheet part 11 fixed to the commodity, a second fixing sheet part 13 fixed to the exhibition place of the commodity, and a connecting part connected to both these fixing sheet parts 11 and 13. This connecting part is composed of a synthetic resin belt-like body 12 bent and formed on the same plane, and is expandably constituted. One end part of this belt-like body 12 is connected to the first fixing sheet part 11, and the other end part is connected to the second fixing sheet part 13. In a state of extending the belt-like body 12 to one side against its elastic force, restoring force trying to return this belt-like body to an original bending state, acts on the belt-like body 12.
