PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a heating medium circulated in a mold by a compact cooler. SOLUTION: In a mold temperature adjusting device for an injection molding machine for plastics, medium piping 8 through which the heating medium passes, a medium tank 9, a heater 10 heating the heating medium, the cooler 11 cooling the heating medium, and a pump 12 are arranged in a casing 5. The cooler 11 is constituted of a double-walled pipe in which the medium piping 8 is made an outer pipe and cooling piping 44 is inserted into the outer pipe as an inner pipe for the passage of cooling water.
