PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device or the like which prevents a user from feeling a sense of incongruity and suppresses wrong actions of the user in a series of actions for storing a handling sheet in a sheet magazine. SOLUTION: The cutting device is equipped with an introduction course 86 which continues with a merging part 85 set on the way of a sheet conveyance course 83 to introduce the handling sheet T to the sheet conveyance course 83, a sheet accommodation means 163 which continues with one end to be a downstream end in a sheet introduction direction of the sheet conveyance course 83 to accommodate the handling sheet T introduced into the sheet conveyance course 83 to be freely taken in and out, a sheet discharge port 22 formed at the other end of the sheet conveyance course 83 to discharge the handling sheet T outside, and a sheet conveying means 176 which conveys the handling sheet T introduced from the introduction course 86 to the sheet conveyance course 83, back and forth for a cutting process after sending the handling sheet T to the sheet accommodation means 163.
