The invention belongs to the field of electric equipment and in particular to the technical realization of magnetic systems of magnetoelectric rotors of collectorless machines, and can be used in motors or generators. The magnetic rotor system consists of a stack of plates of magnetically conducting steel comprising V-shaped openings, and permanent magnets having the shape of a prism with a tangential magnetic load N-S. The magnets forming a pole pitch are mounted in the openings of the plates with a slope compared to the radial axis and are in contact by their poles having the same sign. Under the magnets forming the pole pitch nonmagnetic inserts can be mounted. The invention makes it possible to reduce dispersion flows in the case of a tilted slope of the magnets and, consequently, to increase the useful magnetic flow and to keep the radial dimensions of the motor.
