A device and a method for transmitting a message in real-time by full message transmission in an instant messenger, and a computer-readable medium thereof are provided to transmit the message inputted from a sender in real-time and enable a receiver to check the message inputted from the sender in real-time by transmitting entire inputted message in real-time. A message input part converts a code signal into a character string and displays the character string when the code signal is inputted from an input device. A message output part outputs the received message of the receiver to a monitor. A controller makes the entire inputted message transmitted to make the same contents as the inputted message to a chatting window of the other party when the code signal is inputted. The chatting window of the instant messenger includes an input message display part(303) displaying the inputted message in real-time and an active message display part(302) displaying the same contents as the message inputted from the other party.
