A pattern molding method for a compact case and the compact case molded by the same are provided to form a pattern on the upper surface and reduce the manufacturing cost by keeping mica erected when pouring mica in a recessed molding groove. A pattern molding method for a compact case comprises a step of injecting resin mixed with mica(10) in an injecting mold formed with a recessed molding groove and molding a molded product having an unevenness; and a step of grinding the unevenness formed on the surface of the molded product to make a pattern(32) on the surface of the compact case(33). The mica coated with titanium oxide or iron oxide.
