An image forming apparatus is provided to support a main motor unit and a control unit for controlling the main motor unit together, thereby minimizing a distance between the main motor unit and the control unit and arranging a circuit board so as to efficiently utilize space, and preventing EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) from being generated by a connecting unit for electrically connecting the main motor unit with the control unit. An image forming apparatus(1) comprises the followings: an image forming unit(20) for forming an image on a printing paper; a main motor unit(30) for driving the image forming apparatus(1); a control unit(40) for controlling the main motor unit(30); and a main board(50) for supporting the control unit(40) and the main motor unit(30) through the surface of the board(50) and electrically connecting the control unit(40) with the main motor unit(30). The image forming apparatus(1) further comprises a housing(10) for receiving the image forming unit(20), the main motor unit(30), the control unit(40), and the main board(50).
