<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite particle molding having high conductivity and high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The molding is formed by pressing a mesh having conductivity buried in a thermosetting resin composition containing 60-90 mass% graphite, and then curing, the mesh having conductivity is preferable to have a thickness of 5-30% of the molding, and also preferable to have an aperture dimension larger than the average particle size of the graphite particles constituting the thermosetting resin composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
