<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously achieve synchronization of equipment information by an equipment information distribution function and protection of uniquely set equipment information. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving equipment information distributed by the equipment information delivery function (S1105), whether a protection flag is set to any equipment information element of corresponding own equipment information is determined (S1106).
