<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a throughput at the time of performing a multiple allotment printing. <P>SOLUTION: A printer for reading image data from a storage and performing the multiple allotment printing is equipped with a cache means for temporarily storing the image data, a layout designation reception means for receiving the designation of the layout of the multiple allotment printing, an image data designation reception means for receiving the designation of the image data for the multiple allotment printing and a control means for reading from the storage the image data printed more previously among the designated image data according to the designated layout and storing the data in the cache means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
