<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module formed by connecting unit cells in series, capable of facilitating production by simplifying structure, enhancing power generation efficiency, and improving chemical resistance of the unit cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 1A has a porous oxide semiconductor layer 5 carried with sensitized dye, and is equipped with a first electrode 4a functioning as a window electrode, and a second electrode 4b facing the first electrode through an electrolyte layer 7 in at least one part, and a first substrate 2 in which the first electrode is installed has a partition wall part 21 for separating adjacent unit cells.
