<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively attain thinning of a tape feeder while carrying out accurate tape pitch feed. <P>SOLUTION: The tape feeder 4a is constituted so that a tape 32 housing a component at regular intervals is delivered by driving a sprocket 50 fitting the tape 32 by means of a motor 42. The feed motor 42 is constituted of a stator mounted on a motor substrate 40 with a stator coil 44 circumferentially lined, and a flat rotor 46 which has a plurality of rotor magnets 47 disposed circumferentially lined outside the stator coil 44. A magnetic sensor 41 which can detect a magnetic pole of the rotor magnet 47 is provided to a radial outside of the feed motor 42, and an encoder for position detection of the feed motor 42 is constituted of the magnetic sensor 41 and the rotor 46. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
