<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical checkup support system and a medical checkup support method for easily and quickly carrying out a medical checkup in a range covering many items by analyzing a health condition from various samples collected from the living body, and flexibly supporting maintenance of the health condition corresponding to the diagnostic result of each living body. <P>SOLUTION: The medical checkup support system is provided with an analytical and diagnostic terminal 4 having a sample collecting means 41 for collecting samples of the living body 2, analyzing means 42 for acquiring the samples of the living body 2 and analyzing items on the health condition, and a database 410 for storing beforehand and managing merchandise information for maintaining or recovering health, and outputting the result based on the analyzing means 42, as the diagnostic result. The analytical and diagnostic terminal 4 provides the diagnostic result as information showing the health condition of the living body 2, and extracts the merchandise information for maintaining or recovering health upon receiving the diagnostic result, from the database 410.
