<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of ensuring communication traffic on a communication path by being provided on a communication node on a network such as the Internet in which communication controllers on a communication path used for data transfer are entirely managed unifiedly. <P>SOLUTION: First flow communication traffic contributing to a communication band with the opposite communication equipment is measured, second flow communication traffic is calculated so as to put the total communication traffic of the measured first flow communication traffic and the second flow communication traffic that can be generated on the basis of a measurement result within a prescribed range, and the second flow communication traffic is generated on the calculating result to the opposite communication equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
