<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko machine which has the fresh board formation, enables the scaling up of an image display area, realizes a stable start-up winning and facilitates the arrangement of a start-up winning aperture. <P>SOLUTION: The pachinko machine is equipped with the image display area 7, the start-up winning aperture 10, a big winning aperture 9 which is opened corresponding to a jackpot notification executed in a figure display area 20 when the result of a drawing executed corresponding to the start-up winning is the big winning, a normal winning aperture 12 and an out aperture 16 in a play range 4, wherein the image display area 7 is made enlargeable and the board formation is made fresh by arranging the big winning aperture 9 and the start-up winning aperture 10 above the image display area 7. An arrangeable range of a play area forming element is enlarged and the arrangement of the start-up winning aperture 10 to realize the stable start-up winning is facilitated.
