PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an eddy current loss while preventing an output current from being reduced in a rotary electric device. SOLUTION: A stator generates an eddy current being a current loss in the rotary electric device. It is possible to reduce the current loss by preventing the occurrence of saturation by extending an eddy current path. It is proposed so as to form a slot (2) being a cavity part having a depth of not exceeding one half of the height of a protruding piece (1) to the protruding piece (1). COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
