PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit having a multiplying output capable of obtaining an accurate clock multiplying output without increasing a mounting area. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit 5 has a ring oscillator 10 with an inverter 11m at least at an odd stage. The oscillation circuit 5 further has a frequency multiplier 20 outputting the exclusive OR of two signals extracted from the inverters 11m and 11f at least at two stages of the ring oscillator 10 as the multiplying output.
