PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is necessary to adhere between a dielectric substrate forming a transmission line and a waveguide in which an end is closed with dielectric material, etc. for sealing a waveguide transmission conversion apparatus, and loss of a high frequency signal increases. SOLUTION: In the waveguide transmission line conversion apparatus which has a transmission line, and is formed using a dielectric substrate of two layers or more, a waveguide unit in which an end is terminated and a connecting transmission line unit for connection with the transmission line are one body structure. The connecting waveguide unit for connection with an external waveguide is constituted with an dielectric substrate or a cavity, and a termination end unit is a structure to cover the cavity with a metal plate or a dielectric substrate with conductivity.
