PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect the intention of a user when facsimile transmission to prevent the transfer of facsimile data by F code relay from being performed when a transfer function by a transfer box set corresponding to transmission terminal identification data is made valid. SOLUTION: When facsimile data to which an SUB is not added are received, a box number matched with a number shown by transmitting terminal identification data added to the facsimile data is retrieved from a storage means for storing a transfer box where a number shown by the transmitting terminal identification data is added as a name, and transfer setting for transferring facsimile data has been performed and a transfer box for performing F code relay, and when the F code information showing F code relay is associated with the retrieved box, the transfer of facsimile data based on the transfer setting of the box to which the number shown by the transmitting terminal identification data is added as a name, is not operated.
