摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic core having an excellent magnetic characteristic by shaping metal/glass alloy powder at a high density by a spray deposition method. SOLUTION: A method such as a cold spray method, an HVOF (high velocity oxygen fuel) method, or an HVAF (high velocity aero fuel) method for manufacturing a magnetic core based on a mechanical deposition system of accelerating metal/glass alloy powder with use of a compressed gas emitted from an injection nozzle to deposit and shape the powder. For example, a rod member 12 is rotated and the injection nozzle is moved in an axial center direction along the rod member 12 to deposit the metal/glass alloy powder on a cylindrical member 14 in a predetermined length range of the rod member 12.
