PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium reproducing device, by which a play list composed of desired music contents is immediately constructed without a complicated operation and also without lowering reproduction performance. SOLUTION: By operating a temporary registration key to the music content under reproduction, absolute music numbers in the music content being reproduced, e.g. absolute music numbers 3, 6, and 8 are recorded in a RAM 2 (memory) to carry out the temporary registration, and by operating the registration key, they are recorded on a disk as the play list in accordance with one or a plurality of absolute music numbers which are recorded in the RAM 2.
