PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an E-mail management system for automatically managing a digital signature and for storing mail data in a forensic manner. SOLUTION: The system comprises a mail server part 14 connected to the Internet 112 to transmit/receive mail data; and a management part 10 putting a digital signature on mail data being at least public mail data but not carrying any digital signature among the mail data to be transmitted from the mail server part and also storing various types of information of the whole mail data to be transmitted from the mail server part.
