PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of set value input on a screen and avoid wrong input in a programmable display. SOLUTION: A set value input control part 21a displays an input value inputted through a pop-up keyboard, which is pop-up displayed on a screen displayed, on an input value display provided on the screen, and also stores it in a temporary storage area TEMP. The control part 21a reads and writes, when a setting switch provided on the screen is operated, a set value stored in the temporary storage area TEMP to a designated address in a memory of a PLC3, and newly displays the set value on a set value display for displaying a current set value provided on the screen.
