Each driver cell has a decoder 5 comprising an N-channel decoder area 11 formed with only N-channel transistors and a P-channel decoder area 13 formed with only P-channel transistors. Gradation voltages V1 to V64 are input to the N-channel decoder area, and gradation voltages V65 to V128 are input to the P-channel decoder area, and one prescribed gradation voltage is selected by each of data DT-1 to DT-n, and selected gradation voltages are output as output voltages OUT-1 to OUT-n.
