PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation program of the impurity concentration in a plating coat capable of coping quickly and flexibly with calculation of the impurity concentration in components having various shapes, and having high reliability of a calculation result. SOLUTION: When the shape of each portion of a component to which plating is applied is specified, dimension data corresponding to the portion are selected, and the surface area of the component is calculated by combining them. This program is characterized by allowing a computer to execute a step for acquiring and holding the surface area and a standard value of a parameter having the set standard value among various other parameters, and setting them as initial set values of a box of a concentration calculation dialogue; a step for calculating the impurity concentration included in the plating coat from the parameter set in each box of the dialogue; and a step for displaying the calculated impurity concentration on a display domain.
