摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dead bolt control mechanism for rationally switching a swing arm of an operation gear device, without using frictional torque. SOLUTION: A coil part of a torsion coil spring 19 is elastically installed in a planetary gear 6 of the operation gear device 7 so as to be windingly fastened to the planetary gear. Projection on the swing arm 5 of a free end part unwound from the coil part is crossed in the vicinity of the coil part. A leg opening part is formed in this crossing part by bending the free end part on the opposite side of the coil part in the mutually approaching direction. The free end part of this leg opening part is fixed by being locked on a spring hooking piece formed in both bundle end circles of the swing arm.
