PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor low-molecular weight molecule which enables stable, normal temperature spin coating step when applied to a device, and simultaneously meets a high charge mobility and a low leakage current. SOLUTION: A pyrimidopyrimidine oligothiophene derivative contains, at the center of the molecule of a pyrimidopyrimidine, a pyrimidopyrimidine having n-type semiconductor properties to which an oligothiophene having p-type semiconductor properties is bonded, and an organic thin film transistor using this organic semiconductor and its manufacturing method are provided.
