PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleansing agent having good foaming, having creamy foam quality and excellent in moist feeling after washing and smoothness of the skin. SOLUTION: The skin cleansing agent comprises (A) an N-acylamino acid type surfactant, (B) a polymer compound containing a vinylpyrrolidone monomer and a quaternarized vinylimidazole monomer as components and (C) a polyhydric alcohol.
