摘要 A hybrid type roller shaft using a composite material is provided to stably transfer a large size panel by minimizing bending of a shaft in a length direction and coupling a plurality of rollers to each other. A shaft(10) having a cylindrical shape is formed of a metal material and includes a cavity. A mandrel(40) having a hollow cylindrical shape is formed of a composite material and is disposed in the cavity of the shaft so as to prevent the shaft from bending due to its self-weight. A support shaft(20) includes a first external diameter section(20) and a second external diameter section(21) coupled to both ends of the shaft, respectively. The first external diameter section has the substantially same external diameter as that of the shaft and the second external diameter section is inserted into the cavity of the shaft. One or more rollers(30) are disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the shaft to transfer an LCD (liquid crystal display) panel according to rotation of the shaft.
