摘要 An electric optical apparatus and an electronic equipment are provided to miniaturize a TFT (thin film transistor) array substrate and a facing substrate even more and improve an image quality by decreasing a space for disposing an upper and lower conducting terminal and the wiring in a peripheral region of the TFT array substrate. An electric optical material is interposed between a pair of substrates. A plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of data lines intersect each other. A plurality of pixel electrodes are formed at intersections between the scanning lines and the data lines. A sampling circuit samples an image signal and supplies the signal to the data lines. A data line driver circuit(101) supplies a driving signal for the sampling circuit. One or more image signal terminals receive the image signal from the outside. An image signal line(6) supplies the image signal to the sampling circuit. An upper and lower conducting terminal(106) electrically conducts the pair of substrates. The image signal line includes one linear part extending in a second side direction, other leaner part extending in a first side direction, and an intermediate wiring part(60) connecting the one leaner part with the other leaner part.
