<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency in cutoff construction, to surely cut off a pipeline even when impurities exist in the pipeline, and to prevent a sealing tool for cutting off the pipeline from being damaged or burned. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first rotary body 10 and a second rotary body 15 rotatably supported on one end side and the other end side of a support member 3, a band shaped member 20 laid between the rotary bodies, and a winding mechanism 30 for winding the band shaped member 20 wound around one of the rotary bodies to the other rotary body. The band shaped member 20 is made of a rubber material having elasticity and incombustibility. The winding mechanism 30 is provided with a first handle rotatably arranged on the one end side of the support member 3 so as to rotate the first rotary body 10, and a rotation mechanism for transmitting rotational force of a second handle disposed on the one end side of the support member 3 to the second rotary body 15. The second rotary body 15 is inserted from a perforation provided on a gas pipe T so as to be arranged in the gas pipe T, the second handle is turned, the band shaped member 20 is wound around the second rotary body 15, and the diameter is enlarged, and the gas pipe T is cut off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
